Koeniguer comes to ScreenPoint with more than 25 years of healthcare industry experience, including entrepreneurial ventures as well as various executive positions at GE Healthcare. He has been hired to lead ScreenPoint's next growth phase and accelerate its international expansion, according to the vendor.

Koeniguer replaces ScreenPoint co-founder Nico Karssemeijer, PhD, who will remain on as chief scientific officer. In his new role, Karssemeijer will focus on studies with clinical partners and AI research to support product development, ScreenPoint said.
